Delivery Policy

Orders are delivered from our warehouse in Tunari and arrive at their destination within 1-3 working days after order registration.

All orders registered in our system before 14:00 are shipped the next day and arrive at their destination the next working day. Orders registered after 14:00 arrive at their destination within 3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders registered.

Transport costs and methods

Products are delivered by Fan Courier or Sameday or DPD.

Costs are variable depending on the length/width/weight of the parcel.

Due to the fact that the delivery is done through a third party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, if you have any questions about the delivery process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that for logistical and legal reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders to addresses outside Romania.
