WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
For the purposes of informing you about our programmes, evaluating the goods and services we offer, as well as carrying out commercial activities, promotion of goods and services, marketing, advertising, development, market research, statistics, monitoring sales and purchasing behaviour of customers, administrative and media activities, you agree to entrust us with the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number. Please do not provide us with any personal data other than those strictly necessary for the purpose specified in this policy.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING?

- Registration of the client file for making appointments
The main purpose of collecting personal data in this case is to record a client record where we have a history of your appointments and all sessions carried out. At the same time, some of this data (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number) is necessary for a good communication between our company and you, as a client, as well as for sending promotional offers to you occasionally.
Also, during the use of the platform, our company collects data related to your search history, i.e. articles read, audio-video products viewed, etc. At the same time, with the help of tracking codes installed on our platform from various analysis and statistics service providers, data such as IP address, page usage duration, pages visited are collected.
All this information collected is used exclusively to optimise and improve the functioning of our platform, so that we can offer you the most pleasant experience when using it.

The purpose of processing your personal data in case of registration for the first free session is to send your name, phone number and the city where you want to make the appointment, based on the registered data, to communicate information about the appointment date, appointment time, information about contraindications, preparation for the session.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
Please note that for the efficient operation of the platform, we use various services from external or internal providers (“processors”), to whom we may transmit part of the personal data collected from you, with the express mention that we will only use processors who provide sufficient guarantees for the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures so that the processing complies with the requirements set out in the Regulation and ensures the protection of your rights. HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA STORED?
Personal data provided by you will be processed during the contractual relationship with you and afterwards for a reasonable period of time, which cannot be shorter than the general limitation period. You can request the deletion of the data at the email address.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
– right of access to data – you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to you is being processed and access to that data; you may also obtain a copy of the personal data provided to our company which is subject to processing; for any other copies requested by you, We may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs; if you submit your request in electronic format and unless you request another format, the information will be provided to you in a commonly used electronic format;
– the right to rectification – you have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified and the right to have incomplete personal data completed; we will inform each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any rectification unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort and will inform you of these recipients if you so request;
– the right to erasure of data – you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data relating to you without undue delay, we are obliged to erase such data when: (i) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; (ii) you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing is taking place and there is no other legal basis for the processing; (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; (iv) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; (v) the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Romanian law; we will notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any erasure, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts, and will inform you of these recipients if you so request;
– the right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data as provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller under certain conditions; in exercising this right, you have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from us to another controller where technically feasible;
– the right to object – you have the right to object, for reasons relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data, including the creation of profiles on the basis of these provisions;
– the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
– the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
– the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of consent prior to the withdrawal of consent.
